Laser beam intensity colorcontours. Non-Gaussian beam propagates through atmospheric turbulence left-to-right (top)
and hits retro-reflector, is apodized, and propages back (bottom, right-to-left). Turbulence evolves with time in
4ms steps. Gross tips/tilts present in the early back-propagating phase screens cause the received intensity pattern
to precess upwardly in the bottom left-most image. Receiver aperture is circled in red.
